Paul Lebow is a research physicist with the US Naval Research Lab, Washington, DC since 1981. He has founded a state-wide non-profit in Maryland advocating for bicycle and pedestrian issues in the state. He authored, lobbied and shepherded through to passage a major bicycle/pedestrian act in 2000. Prior to that he was president of the largest chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving in Maryland. His interests include monetary reform and animal rights issues, especially the intersection with world health and environmental devastation.
